Frank Hernandez plans to open a welfare organization in the future

Frank has worked for various non-profit organizations during his career and intends to start one to provide widespread assistance to individuals – he has always helped those in need and made sure to meet their expectations.

True fulfillment of the heart occurs when we serve others and feel empathy for others – no matter how much money you earn or what you buy or own, you will not be satisfied for more than two weeks. At its most basic level, empathy is simply being aware of how others are feeling – the connection between self and others. It is a crucial component of emotional intelligence since it allows humans to understand what others are experiencing as if they were experiencing it. Empathy is much more than pity, sometimes referred to as “feeling for” someone. Instead, the heart uses your imagination to “feel with” that other. Frank Hernandez had felt the same all his life. During the lowest times of his life, when he struggled, he still made time to help people and made sure to help them with whatever he had.

Hernandez started out as a volunteer and became passionate about helping people. He has since dedicated his life to understanding people’s problems and doing whatever he can to help them. It all started when he was working part-time for a nonprofit while taking a business course. Shortly after showing focus and commitment, the organization offered Frank the opportunity to move into a full-time position as a team leader. Frank constantly engages with and inspires others on his Instagram account, @ftraxx. A crucial skill in the job is the ability to understand the feelings of others. For example, businesses can use technology to resolve disputes, create more effective teams, and improve interactions with colleagues, customers, and consumers. The majority of others, however, are confident in their ability to learn new technical skills, but may feel ill-prepared to improve their interpersonal skills – and many people are embarrassed to talk about their feelings, let alone those of others. !

Frank has pursued various professions throughout his life to achieve his dream of running a successful business. When successful, he quit his day job so Hernandez could focus on growing his business. Although he worked hard, made a lot of money from his business, and owned several rental houses, his desire to serve those in need did not diminish.

“I think we should talk more about our empathy deficit – the ability to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes; see the world through the eyes of those who are different from us – the starving child, the steelworker who was laid off, the family who lost all the life they had built together when the storm came to town. When you think so, when you choose to broaden your scope of concern and understand the plight of others, be they close friends or distant strangers; it becomes more difficult not to act; harder not to help.
